The true and inspiring struggle of one Kentucky town to preserve its cultural identity when their local judge rebels against the system he serves with his refusal to remove the Ten Commandments. His actions sparked a battle that ended finally in the U.S. Supreme Court and, at least for his town, in the rediscovery of values dearly held.
The characters in this feature length documentary are the men and women who lived the events, and each has a story.

25 years ago, Dave Howe and Jimmie Greene were neighbors. Their families were good friends, frequently getting together for meals and camping trips. Little did they know that years later, their disagreement over religious freedom would ignite a nationwide debate.
